Botched timing belt job? 200

Hi! I've got a B230 and I think I screwed up when changing the timing belt by accidently moving the crankshaft with the belt off. How do I line it up again? I see the marks for the camshaft and the intermediate shaft but can't find any for the crankshaft (like I used to be able to on my older B23.

The reason I think I messed up is that the engine idles so roughly that it can't even run for more than a few seconds. Also, when I start the engine the speedometer needle leaps once when the engine first cranks. Does that make sense or could my problem lie elsewhere?
