Tough decision 900 1995

Hi Andrew,

I was talking about the interior door panels. The vinyl on those years was pretty mess up at the top of the interior door skin on some cars. I've seen a few 960s and '95 940s like that. It's pretty hard to fix too. Actually I've never seen the problem be repaired, only replacement of the panels :( They're not cheap either, but you could get a 940 one out of just about any 940 or 740, so it's not such a big deal if they're messed up, just a bargining point. Check for rust in the places mentioned in the FAQ too, that's always a bargining point, even if it's minor (usually is on these cars, if at all). I'd say go with the wagon. If you want more power, just visit IPD (turbo cam, etc) and/or get a manual boost controller. My 745T is plenty fast, and it now has turbo + version 2 and will get an M46 swap in the spring. It's gonna be fun! But I always keep the engine's longevity in mind. I never do something that I think will hurt it. I'll tell ya one thing, it certainly likes the Amsoil 10W40, I could swear that made it faster, but it could have just been it breaking in from the rebuild :) I wish the POs were as good to it as I am! Let us know what you decide and if there's any more questions :)
