Can Jumped Timing Belt on 1992 960 Cause Rough Running? 900

My engine started running rough and lost some power(automatice would downshift more frequently)after I hit a huge pothole. I got a 2-1-4 (faulty RPM sensor) code. I replaced the RPM sensor in bellhousing but the engine still ran rough and still had irregular exhaust note after replacing the RPM sensor.

I also checked all the Bosch Platinum 4 spark plugs and they were burning the same medium grey color.

I then checked the timing belt to find it had jumped a couple teeth. Would this cause the engine to run rough and lack power?
