New Brick,new problem

I gave my new brick trial by fire today on it's maiden voyage,I had a TON of running around to do today. It was good cause I got to get aquainted with it,1st thing I noticed is it's running RICH,That part I think I'll be able to figure out,but what really has me wondering is at 3,100rpm under ~1/2 throttle/load it's almost as if the ignition shut's off at that rpm/throttle position.

Thoughts?
