fuse #9 is blowing 700 1992

Good Evening all

1st i want to thank all who responded to my post on shifter overide issue. I was able to finally wiggle the shifter while playing with the little switch to get it to release the shifter but tonight i kept blowing the number 9 fuse which is the shifter lock, booty warmers and the window switches. On the way home tonight i went through three fuses. can't quite figure this one out other than it was raining/snowing tonight like it was when i first started to have the problem. I don't think there is any moisture getting around the fuses. What can i do to fix the minor issue? maybe clean out the fuse holder? let me know.

Thank you for the help.
