stumble off idle + cut out at 3,100rpm HELP 700

Ok I **thought** the AMM did the trick,I suspected it was culprit because it wsan't OEM (I just got the car 1991 944Ti) anyway I put in an AMM I had from a 1990 765Ti I have and it ran better for about 45min then it was back to the same thing, also it was stalling sometimes when I'd have to quickly slow to a stop,I turned the idle up a tiny bit and that went away but it introduced the stumble off idle that wasn't there before. I'm wondering if maybe the TPS is at fault, but I don't want to start a wild goose chase. Car didn't have any codes at 1st,then showed 231 (rich at PT),232 (rich at idle),133 (Throttle switch idle setting faulty or grounding fault)

Should the TPS form my 88' 745Ti be the same? I'll refrence the part numbers 1st but somethings interchange some don't. know the AMM's from them don't.

Also what is this about ECU failures on these cars? What do I need to lool out for?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Justin
