Rocking Seat

I finally got to drive my car today....and found that the seat is really rocking back and forth...with the movements of the car....I read in the FAQ section something about ball bearings in the seat track....could missing ball bearings cause the seat rock around allot?
Are there any diagrams anywhere that might show where these ball bearing should be?
This is a really annoying situation...got to get it fixed as soon a possible..

Thanks
