Seems you have spark, fuel pressure and compression (the cam is turning and timed). That leaves injectors, got 12V power to them from the Radio Supression relay? I don't believe that the O2 sensor can cause a no start or stall, after all it's only purpose in life is to fine tune the mixture to keep the environementalist wackos happy, car will start and run without it.
