should I buy a parts car?

I was offered a 1984 245 for $200. It runs but it is a real beater. It does have nice leather seats and a rear bumper that I might could use on my 244 turbo sedan? I think that I might only offer $100 for it and see if he takes it. He wants it out of his way. I'm concearned about how much it would cost me to get rid of it when I was done taking parts from it. Anything else I should consider?
