More Power ? S90-V90

I was wondering it anyone has played with there 6304 I6's for more power.
It has the compression ratio of 10.7 which is nice.
I was looking as the usual places to improve the cars power and in most cases it looks expensive. I looked at a few places that look promising for a few HP here and a few HP there. One was the exhaust system,I am wondering what Volvo was thinking on my 97 when they went from Duels going into the Cat with a single pipe coming out. Anyone know of a company that builds a Cat with Duels going in and Duels coming out? Or Duels going in and a 3" opening coming out would be nice. I'm going to have to measure the pipe diameter in this set up and see how to improve it for power. 181 HP is Ok but the car weighs 3500 pounds at least. I wish someone made a cat back system for the independent suspension. Also the air filter box and filter looks a little small for this engine. I was wondering if a Turbo box could be modified to fit in place of the stock box. And NO I have no ambition to put in a K&N filter or a cone type filter. I like how quiet it is now and want to keep it quiet. Supposedly there is an ECU up grade for this car available. But have not heard about anyone that has done it or measured the claimed HP increase.
