ABS and SRS Fault at the same time? Lights go away over 70mph 900 1994

Has this ever happened to anyone? According to my wife the lights go off over 70mph...

I'm thinking dirty ABS sensor or something simple along those lines. Doesn't make sense that both lights would go on at the same time. Will check my wiring diagrams for commonalities.

Recent problems of note:
1) brake junction switch is leaking slowly. Needs to be replaced.
2) bad battery. The car is presently using the battery from the (garaged) GT which is 5+ years old. While diagnosing I replaced the starter and the voltage regulator (brushes were at the 5mm mark). I have a new Interstate MT-47 to put in tomorrow.

Thanks!
