FRONT SWAYBAR BUSHING QUESTION 200 1986

I recently aquired a front and rear set of upgraded swaybars for my '86 sedan. I installled the rear already and am ready or order the bushings for the front.
My question is IPD sells the poly bushing for the lower end link in poly for $9.00 per side, but not including the endlink itself. I'd have to use my old one, which is fine with me. How difficult is it to get that bushing into the endlink? I could get the entire assy endlink and all in rubber from FCP Groton for $12 per side, but I'd rather have it in poly. How do I go about removing the old rubber bushing and installing the new poly one should I decide to go the IDP way? I can't wait to get this upgrade done.
