Need an answer fast - do I have a bad head gasket - OR ??? 700 1989

For that little usage and low miles, I'd be more inclined to say condensation or water having gotten into the dipstick.

A compression test would be the best method to see whether it is the rare chance of a head gasket, but I'd be more inclined to say that's it will all be fine after an oil change.
