Car parked for a while, won't start 200

I have an '89 240 that I've had parked outside for 2 months or so during the cold winter. I start it up approximately once a week and let it run for a few minutes to keep the battery charged. However, I haven't started it in the last 2 weeks and today the battery was definitely underpowered to crank it. I put the battery charger on it for a few hours and then it cranked up just fine. I ran it for a minute and realized I should have put dielectric grease on the battery terminals since they were a bit corroded. I put on the grease and hooked everything back up, then it would crank but not turn over, kinda like cranking without fuel. There's plenty of gas in the tank, but I can't figure out why it wouldn't turn over...any thoughts? Could I have pumped something through the fuel line that is plugging it up??
