240 glovebox knob grubber grip 200 1988

My glovebox is actually is pretty good shape except for one minor flaw. The rubber grip surrounding the lock has deteriorated and come off. The lock itself still works, and I'd rather just replace the rubber grip rather than installing an entirely new lock assembly with a different key.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these?

If I have to resort to buying a new glovebox lock, can I easily transfer the rubber grip from the new lock to my existing lock?
