I know you believe the fuel is OK, but take a close look at the 25 amp blade fuse near the coil, and its wire terminals. Same for fuse 12, which powers the Fuel relay.

Also try starting with the pumps hotwired by a jumper from the Left (hot) side of any fuse 6 thru 10, to the Left (hot) side of fuse 5.

That will bypass the suspect 25 amp fuse and the Fuel relay.

Just remembered -- do you hear the (FI) System relay click on when you turn thr key to ON (before cranking)? If that doesn't happen, the hotwired pumps won't do anything for you (no power to AMM or ECU if System relay doesn't pick).
