1982 B21F MPG = B21F LH-Jetronic 1.0? 200 1982

My 1982 owner's manual lists the B21F MPG. Is this always the same as the LH-Jetronic 1.0 version (as opposed to the K-Jetronic versions) for 1982?

My 1982 245 has a faded emissions sticker that still shows the ignition timing of 12 degrees BTDC, which matches that of the B21F MPG listing in the manual (other B21F engines list 8 degrees BTDC in the manual). The VIN has an engine code that matches the LH-Jetronic 1.0 version of the B21F, according to a Volvo VIN decoder. So that would imply that, at least in this car, the engine is a B21F that is both MPG and LH-Jetronic 1.0. The question is, are there any 1982 MPG K-Jetronic, or 1982 LH-Jetronic 1.0 that are not MPG? Or does MPG = LH-Jetronic 1.0?

And is MPG supposed to mean better fuel economy than otherwise?
