sweet little turbo in oregon- should I buy? 200

ok- so I moved on past the rebuilt ebay car- thanks to the brickboard's advice- and I'm happy I did. you all encouraged me to look around. here's what I found:
http://www.ipdusa.com/ClassifiedViewPhoto.aspx?PhotoName=ClassifiedAdPhotos\volvo2

this is the ad I found:
244 GLT, turbo w/timer and rare intercooler, 5 spd, power locks+windows, sunroof, mille miglia 16" whls w/continental rubber, bilstein shocks, red painted brakes, custom expanded steel grill,cd player w/sound sys, new water pump, flowmaster w/ 2-3" tip that sounds deep, clean interior, oil changed every 3000 mi, all recepts, been in fam for 7 years and very well taken care of, about 220k mi,

by the way- I live in alaska- I plan on driving down to pick it up. from talking on the phone with the owner, it seems to be everything I wanted and more.

the body seems to be in excellent shape, the owner offered to buy me a new windshield, fix the oil leaks, throw in a set of winter tires on rims, etc.
all for under 3 grand. Sounds great to me-
anyone have any input/suggestions?

thanks for your help, and thanks for saving me last time around!
Luke
