Car Stauling 200 1989

My car is beginning to staul whenever I come to a stop, I have to put it in neutral and give it some gas. Whenever it is shut off and turned back on when warm it stauls in reverse. Whenever I accelerate from a stop it kinda sputters a little. Can anyone please help me, I have no idea what to look at.
