I have no fuel pressure, and my fuel pump relay "buzzes" on my Turbo 940 Volvo 941 when i go to start ;however I have spark. Is my fuel pump dead? Fuse # 1 and #11 did not short (ECU or Pre pump). Car last ran yesterday!

Its not a FP Relay isssue--i tried 3 good odnes, they all do the same thing, buzz
