my car stinks 140-160

my car seems to have a bit of oil comming out the exaust. and it smells toxic. i think its a combanation of bad valve seals and being too rich. so how hard is it to change the valve seals with the head on the engine? what is the operation? i've only ever put valve seals on when the head is off. were is a good place to get jets for su's. i think it needs to be re jetted. i have a couple other sets of su's would the jets out of them be reusable if they are the right size?
