Check Engine Light above 3000 rpm 1-1-1 700 1989

my beast has me scatching my head, if I rev above about 3200 rpm the check engine light will come on cold or warm. When I check the codes I get 1-1-1 I have reomved and cleaned the throttle body and replaced the fpr with a new one I had laying around, nothing different when the light comes on the car is a pig below 2000 rpm not really wanting to accelerate but when I shut it down it is fine again except for the light. Both fuel pumps are a year old and the amm 18 mos so I don't suspect any of them. Help !!!
