Head gaskets - opinions on installation?

Many people swear under oath how quickly the
aluminum head will "scrub" a 'sealant-affixed' head gasket.
Somewhere in the archives a rocket-scientist-metallurgist-
psycho-analyst took the time to write down at great length
the reasons why not to use head gasket sealant. It's great fiction.
I've personally never used the loc-tite product, but K&B
makes a spray sealant named "copper-coat". All the
aluminum heads I've done , both gas and diesel , foreign
and domestic, have fared well with Copper-Coat.
This means I have NEVER had one leak, and I ALWAYS use
copper-coat.
Happy Brickin'!
