HELP I BOUGHT A WAGON FROM A GARAGE .FOR $800.00 IN 2003 .I took the title to DMV and they told me it had a lien on the title ,but being that the car is more rthan ten years old there shoukldn't be any Lien on it.I plant to move out of state and DMV out there said I can't register the car because of the Lien.I don't know who the Garage got the car from .The car was just given to them ,the previous owner toldthem to just take the car.The question I have is the there any way I could find out the name and address of the previous owner.PLEASE HELP?
