accessing/removing o/d relay 200 1989

got the glovebox out and saw the relay laying prone parallel to the center vents. how do I get it out of its position? it seems the bundle of wires connected to it is kinda short to give any room to move the relay out of its position. the black plastic vent above also makes it hard to move it out. am I supposed to unplug the relay in the position that I see it in or can I bend the bundle of wires out toward the glovebox and jiggle the relay out to where I can see it and then unplug it? I'm afraid of loosening or disconnecting, or even breaking any hidden wires if I do the latter. how much play do these wires have for me to move the relay out?
