Euro turn signal lenses - Availability in US? 200 1989

Does anyone know a source where I can pick-up a set of the Euro amber/clear turn signal lenses (see below) here in the US? eBay will sometimes have '81-'85 ones available, but nothing for '86+.

I imagine that these Euro ones are glass, so would there be a compatibility problem with US-spec headlights? And, do they install with the usual three phillips screws?
