B21A Zenith Carb .....more tune up questions 200 1982

Hello, the quest continues...

There are 2 screws on the back of the distributor (ZS 175 CD). Smaller black on on the left, just beside it is a larger brass one with a spring under it.

Which one is the idle trim screw?

(Neither seem to have any immediate effect on idle speed, nor does the main brass idle speed screw on the intake manifold.)

Also, where exactly is the idle bypass screw? or is possible that my engine is not equipped with the idle bypass system?

Also, I am attempted to rotate the distributor (Bosch JUFU4) clockwise to retard the timing from 15 degrees BTDC to 7, but after loosening and almost removing the locking bolt, it is still seized with rust at the base and will not even budge, even with a bit of prying with a long screw driver. I have doused it with penetrating oil and will try again.
Ideas on getting it loose?

Thanks.
