(1) You build your own tool.
(2) You do the work yourself; a job the Haynes book says is best left to the shops.
(3) You post back to the Board and receive general admiration.

It is definitely worth it. None of the other upgrades you do to the suspension (shocks, heavy swaybars, lowering springs) are worth much if the TABs are shot.
