Starter issues, 87' 244 gl 200

When the weather turned very cold this winter I had fuel issues(bad gas, gas dry in the next fill up cleared it and a new fuel filter). Issues and had to put a bit of wear on my starter. Now when I start the vehicle 1 out of 10 times the strater does not turn when I goto start the car, it just hums. When the humming stops I re-try and the vehicle will fire right up.

Is my starter on the way out??
