240 wagon rear speaker panels - HOLY @#&#!!! 200 1988

I was hoping to snatch this nice pair of rear speaker panels for my 240DL wagon on ebay for a decent price, but a bidding war is in full swing and they're already up to over $70!!!

I have concluded that 4" speaker placement via these rear panels is ideal for me since I don't want to invade my cargo area. For some extra bass I am planning on dropping either a Kenwood wOOx compact subwoofer/amp or a Clarion SRV303 compact subwoofer/amp into the hideaway panel where the gas filler pipe runs through.

Does anyone have a set of these 240 rear speaker panels up for grabs for a decent price?

I am also considering building my own out of some lightweight plywood and either painting them to match my tan interior or covering them with tan automotive carpeting.
