How to identify auto transmission? 200

Hi gang,

I just picked up an '83 245 (my first Volvo). I am trying to identify which tranny this thing has in it - its an automatic. It should be an AW-70, but I read somewhere that the '83 AW-70 does not have a drain-plug (mine does). I looked for the ID plate on the driver's side of the tranny, but its unreadable. I can see 'Borg-Warner' stamped on it... could it be a BW-55?

I want to do a tranny flush, but I am not sure which fluid to use (up to '83 calls for type F). Is there a number stamped somewhere on this tranny that will tell me what I have? Thanks.
