92 240 , on start up RPM's are between 1800-2000, but when I put the car into drive, they go down to 1200-1500, and then if i've been driving for a while, on start-up the rpm's are normal, 800-1000. I thought about turning the idle adjustment lower, but will that affect the idle comp. sensor and possibly could lead to too low rpms' and die after I have been driving for a while? (Which was what was causing her to stall at red lights, on long trips.)
