Oil light flickers in stop and go traffic 900 1994

On my 1994 945 with 195k miles, when I'm driving in heavy stop and go traffic in cold weather with frequent sudden stops, after a few minutes the oil pressure warning light begins to flicker on each time I stop. It goes away after a moment (right away if I give it some gas). This never happens under normal driving conditions, only in heavy slow traffic. The oil level is normal. The dealer replaced a number of oil seals last month along with the flame trap. Any thoughts?
