960 Coolant Loss 900 1997

I recently purchased a used 960 saloon 2.5 Ltr. Genuine 65000 miles.
Runs beautifully

Was taking very long time for engine to reach normal temperature so I suspected the thermostat. Sure enough, on opening up the thermostat housing the thermostat was missing completely,
Fittted new themostat and gasket and now car warms up quickly and temperature stays rock solid.

The only problem I now have (which I did not have before) is a slight loss of coolant every day car is driven.

I have checked for leaks time and time again and cannot find any.

Suspect the coolant is boiling off when I drive.( fitted stat is the correct one 87 degs ).
Any suggestions please?
