Generic O2 Sensor? 900 1994

The Check Engine light has come on (N/A B230FD with LH 2.4) and I get codes 113,232,212 which all indicate a bad O2 sensor, or associated wiring (which looks OK). I see that FCPGroton, usually a low-cost supplier, list the proper Bosch replacement at $229. Is this the only way I can go? Any good quality generics available?
