Replacing Radio Suprssion Relay - 95 940T 900 1995

Thanks to Spook and others I was able to find the Radio Supression Relay on my 95 940T. Now I just need to get it off of the inside of the fender. I see a plug that looks like you just need to squeeze it and pull it out. But how does the relay itself come off. I tried pushing it down and pulling it up. I didn't want to force it too much either way, but I was not able to get it off. I could shift it slightly from side to side but that was it. Is it just a matter of a little more force? Do you push it down or pull it up?
