its not hard to fix. u have to take the plastic around the steering wheel off a couple of screws to remove, and then undo a couple screws and unplug wiper switch it go to junk yard and get it maybe around 15.00 not sure but its easy juob to do u need to get one for any 200 model and 84 yr also we have maintained our own cars and have 6 of them since 1994 and I am a woman and its that easy if I can do it.
