Help! Where the heck is the fuel pump relay for my '89 240 Wagon? 200

My 89 240 wagon wouldnt't start. No hum.. no fuel pump. Simple .. jump #5 and #7 fuses and voila. But....
I was hoping that the fuel pump relay would look identical to the one in my '80 240. I don't think so. I found a relay under the driver's side... white about 2" long and 3/4 inch square with a plug with four contacts coming out of it. I'm guessing that's it... but i'm not sure.

I've heard about resoldering the connections to repair vs replace the relay. I slipped off the plastic cover, and everything LOOKED fine under there. But I'm putting the cart before the horse.

Is the white relay under the driver's side the fuel pump relay for my '84 240? If anybody knows, I sure would appreciate it!

Thanks
Larry
