Source for belt adjuster assembly 700 1987

I went to tighten my power steering belt, which has developed a slight squeel sometimes, and the whole adjuster mechanism (the long 10mm bolt AND the bolt it connects to) is missing. The tension is held by a plain bolt tightened to the bracket -- apparently a previous-owner relic I never noticed before. While it has apparently worked up 'til now, I can't figure out how to adjust the tension without the real mechanism. I'd also like to put it right (or better than new, as those 10mm bolts are too flimsy IMHO). Which brings me (finally) to my question -- does anyone know a source of these parts, or a more robust replacement mechanism? Other than the pick'n'pull, that is.

Thanks!

-Pete
