I'm off!!! 140-160

Just a thought. Last time I picked up an almost runner, I rented a trailler dolly at my end, hooked it to my 245 drove 5hrs through the mountains, strapped on my "new" 120 wagon and drove home. I think the dolly (which had surge brakes, a must!) cost me $50 for the day. This is less the the cost of an emergency tow (although I have known folks who used the free tow from AAA to move their parts cars around), and allowed me to get the car to my garage where I could double check the brakes etc before really taking it on the road. The frikken float valves can be very obnoxious on the SUs, regulator is a temporary fix, as they tend to starve the carbs when doing high speed highway running. Until I got the right pump on my B20 I used to have to turn up the regulator for higway runs of more than 45 min., or suffer fuel starvation and hiccuping at 75 MPH. good luck with that.
