SU performance tuning... 1800

Yeah... I shouldn't try and do it all in one day... :-D As far as what I've got going on currently, I'm ready to hit the dyno tomorrow if I had the money and was up for it. Everything is synched and as good as I can get it. My reasoning for using octane booster is to allow me to not worry about detonation. It wouldn't be there to allow me to make more power, it'd just be there to make sure I don't ping with my optimal timing setting if it's higher than the 17 degrees that it's currently set at.

Another reason for me wanting to try it all in one day is to have the outside temperature staying relatively the same. I mean I know it varies with time of day, but if I go to the dyno in a couple weeks, and then go a couple months later, it's going to be quite a bit hotter outside, and I'll be making less power than I did before, air horns or not. If the air horns add 2 hp for me, I might lose 2hp just from the temperature increase those two months later and not be able to realize it without running it back to back like that. I guess it doesn't really take that long to toss on some air horns eh? I'll also be messing around with using the airbox and CAI I have setup, and not using it... Phil, do you have a link to your airbox setup's pictures? You experimented with using your airbox and not using it when you were on the dyno didn't you?
