replace head gasket? 700

I've rebuilt ONE engine in my life on an engine stand,
and can tell you it's nice.(preferred method)
Plastigage has tripled in 7 years, the
value of the dollar has gone down the toilet, but a
well-maintained Volvo holds a good value. Knowing you
have the best engine ever made would give incentve to
thoroughly 'check-it-out' while it's easy.
Personally, I hope you "pop" for the $200 and do a rebuild
so you'll know what's up with your engine. The pan is VERY
hard to get off when it's under the hood.
BTW, the turbo doesn't do the engine any favors as far as
life-expectancy goes..
Best wishes, Malcolm
