98 S90 - Rear Shocks

My 98 with 78k on it bottoms out on speed bumps and very rough changes in road elevation. Duirng normal driving no problem.

Believe it is rear shocks; however, when I manually deflect back end it hard to deflect down and damps out immediately. 78k seems low for shock life.

Is concesus I need shocks.

If I do and want oem, what shock do I go with. FCP Groton has Sachs which they claim are oem.

Also what are torque values for bolts.

Thanks!

van
