The new Mobil 1 10w 30 EP or Amsoil 0W 30 and or 10W 30 which is the better of the two? 700

Greetings:

With the summer only months away, what oil would benefit my 2 740 wagons (non turbos) with lots of highway driving (356,000 and 445,000 miles). I have used Chevron Delo 15w 40 several times during the spring/summer months, and their supreme line 5w/10w 30 for the winter months. I just want a good synthetic oil that can really benefit my wagons. Neither of them leaks any oil and super unleaded fuel and premium parts are always used. Could the new Mobil 1 10w-30 EP benefit my wagons over say even a good synthetic Mobil 1 10W-40 EP, and or a 15W-40 synthetic oil? How does the Mobil 1 Suv/Truck 5W-40 rate? Would running 10w-30 damage my engine blocks in 100 plus degree highway driving? Please all responses!!!!!!!!!!!!!
