Does anyone know what the Vacuum should be for B21A Engine? 200 1981

I have a Vacuum driven Volvo Fuel Economy Gauge. I am curious what the Readings would be with the Needle all the way to the left (Full Vacuum) at Idle, no Revving and all the way to the other end of the scale, where the Black ends and Red begins. All the way to the stop in the Red, I could assume no Vacuum.

Anyone ever used this gauge before?

Thanks.
