Steering Box Question 120-130

I totally agree with John and Phil here...its about as non-critical as you can get...sometimes you just need ANYKIND of lube in there to keep a film between otherwise wearing surfaces...but if the box is incontinent, the thicker, the better of course...so I wouldn't think twice about mixing up a batch of "pourable grease", (I'd say a 50% mix would be a good starting point), and using that until the next time I could get in there to replace the seals (thanks for the correct #s, Soren)!
