Leather for a 164e 140-160 1975

OK. Help. My front seats have just about had it. The leather is cracked and hard as a rock. The driver's seat is taped to keep the cusion from falling out and obviously, the heated seat no longer works (what a bummer :)). The rear bench is also hard as a rock. Now, the vinyl is in good shape on the sides and back.

What I need is a place that will "restore" the seats, put in new foam and springs/wires. I just might go with vinyl because it is that much cheaper, but that probably precludes finding a seat heater.

I checked with Scancar and (LOL) they want 2250 Euros and I pay the freight! And an outfit in OK city quoted me at $1700 starting price. Pretty steep for my budjet. Perhaps I should be on the lookout for another 1975 with black interior and buy the whole car! But the seats will probably need work, etc.
