converting from auto to man... 200

Hey there everyone,
I was wondering, for anyone who has ever converted transmissions, how difficult and involved it is to change the tranny on 200's and 700's. I have heard that the hardest part is hanging the clutch, but just how involved is it? Is there an existing braket for the clutch pedal. Also, are the 700 and 200 manual transmissions interchangable? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your knowledge!
