I'm just curious. Were there many problems with the XJ. I was wondering if I just have a good one and all the babying has paid off or if they really were as good as this one has been?

I really don't care for the Grand (ZJ) because it has too much on it that can go wrong and it doesn't seem to be as well made as my XJ. My wife love it because it's 4 wheel drive and she gets a sort of "power trip" out of driving it. She comes from a background of small cars so she really enjoys sitting up high looking down on the other cars.

The ZJ has had one bad fuel pump after another and they require you to drop the tank to repalce it, PITA!! The wiring for the electric windows has broken at every door on the thing. Water pump, Fuel pump, radiator, atlernator, *regulator/ECU, Throttle body, idle motor and the list goes on.

Thanks,
Tony
