1984 244 annoyances 200 1984

I have a new to me 84 244 with a couple of major issues that I am working on, but there are a couple of minor things that are bugging me. One, the rear windows (power), both of them, don't work. The front windows work, and the rear switches are good (I cleaned them and swapped them with the front ones and they work)and there is power to the switches for the rear windows on the drivers door but none to the switches on the rear doors. I cleaned and tested the on/off switch for the rear windows on the drivers door and it seems to be okay. Any ideas? could both of the rear window motors be shot? The other thing is the dome light. It doesn't work with the doors. You can switch it on, and there is powere to all of the connections (the power does switch on and off from the doors)but?? Is there a delay built in somewhere that if faulty. It is such a simple device. It seems that I shouldn't have to replace the light itself, but maybe I do.
It would be satisfying to remedy these small problems before I tackle the squeaky blower motor and the leaky diesel injection pump.

Jim
